Timothy Ryan Poynter

Tim Poynter knows criminal law.

As a professional prosecutor for more than a decade, Tim has extensive litigation experience; he has handled thousands of criminal cases, served as the lead attorney in over 50 criminal jury trials, and has been appointed special prosecutor for the State of Texas on multiple occasions. His extensive prosecutorial background equips him with invaluable insider knowledge, which he now leverages to advocate for his clients in his private practice.
